Introduction

Team

Russ Pond – Owner/Producer

Russ graduated with a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Texas. Finding that balance between technology and creativity, Russ experienced immediate success in technical marketing for telecom giants like Uniden and Nokia. His pragmatic and creative perspective regarding today’s business landscape created a variety of opportunities in the area of new business development and marketing communications.

With five patents to his credit, his approach to business communication is dynamic and innovative. His 16 years of experience working for Fortune 500 companies helped him gain invaluable experience and business insight. In 1998, he launched Top Pup Media as a production company, but his knowledge of technology and unique approach to marketing soon transformed Top Pup Media into a media and marketing company.

Angela Pond – Owner

Graduating from the University of North Texas, Angela Pond holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology.

Angela has worked in management for retail companies around the Dallas area, providing her with a broad range of experience in the services industry. In 2010, Angela launched another services-based business. Her passion is to serve others, and that is who we are at Top Pup Media. Our greatest desire is to serve our clients with the utmost respect and diligence.

Fluent in Spanish, Angela often travels to Mexico to hone in her linguistic skills and to help underprivileged families. She also volunteers at church and other charitable organizations.

Angela is married to Russ. They have one son, Caleb.

Kevin Hanson – Partner/Producer

Founder of Drive Ideas, Hanson has managed communication projects, teams and organizations since 1988, garnering awards for promotional campaigns and training programs across industry segments.

Hanson’s vast business communication experience includes independent projects in medical education and for Fortune 500 technology companies. As VP of Product Development for PRIMEDIA Workplace Learning, his teams developed hundreds of accredited, continuing education activities for broadcast and interactive audiences.

Hanson holds a BA in Communication from Florida Atlantic University. Kevin is married with four kids.

Allan Kelsey – Partner/Producer

Kelsey’s work history includes management in small companies (in both hemispheres of the world), management in large companies, business ownership, and the CEO position at a Franchise Corporation. Kelsey brings amazing insight to business communication, structure and leadership. His founding company, Leading Leaders, has been pivotal in leadership development.

Kelsey’s balanced management skills and experience enable him to manage production teams in a highly efficient manner. Known for being “on schedule” and “on budget”, Kelsey is driven to make your projects a success.

Kelsey graduated for the University of Nebraska. He is married with two children.
